Look, these folks do not need my review. I think of this as the OG podcast. Definitely the first one I listened to. It is the most approachable show about the economy around. You will be smarter for having listened to it. Just don't try to pass off the fun facts as your own because everybody else listens to it as well. Not only are the rouges gallery of hosts all amazing reporters, when they leave PM they go on to do excellent things. PM is tangentially responsible for a whole ecosystem of fine audio entertainment. They are great, though I wish they ran fewer needless reruns. When it is relevant or there is an update, sure, but don't publish just to publish. There is enough content out there.
When last I listened to episode #1000 I was surprised it already existed for so long. It's been part of my podcast subscriptions since I started my podcast habit. This podcast has kept its place in my playlist, which is an achievement since there's so much to choose from.
Look people, I don't even typically think learning about the economy/economics/finances is all that fun but for some reason, I keep listening to this show. I've learned a lot from this podcast. Real, practical things like why you should make sure your finance person is a fiduciary and not just a financial advisor or why the DOW is a bunch of malarky that you shouldn't actually give a dang about. It has also kept me entertained in the process. Episodes are 15-30 minutes long. Perfect length for the car ride to work, a shower, or cleaning a room.
Generally a non-alarmist, well-researched show from a reputable source. Mostly featuring interesting concepts or economic experiments. 3/5 adam smiths because they sometimes try too hard to be funny
Planet Money always finds new and often unusual ways to make what's going on in the economy interesting and relatable. The quality of the reporting is top notch. I'm also constantly going "how did they find this person" for some of the niche topics they touch on. Fantastic show.
Just like Invisibilia. When there is a topic that interests me, I love it. Well researched, great topics. My fault for not loving everything about economics so I often find myself skipping a lot of episodes. Good to fall asleep to when there is a more boring one.
What can I say. This is the podcast that got me into podcasts. Topics are usually timely and reflective of current events around economic market forces. This isn't about stocks or how to make money, but a more general discussion on economics which is way more interesting than I can make it sound.
Love the concept behind this as it brings business down to earth.
One of the best podcasts that you will find. Didn't think that you were interested in the economy? Think again. You will be if you listen to this!

If I were to hazard an inference, I’d say binary options are more like playing bingo, specifically if your broker prefers to invest on your behalf. That explains why a phoney company that claimed to have made investments on my behalf and cost me a sizeable sum of money caused me to lose all of my investments. To put it briefly, though, I performed some research and got in touch with a hacker outfit called Cyberwebpro Quick Hack. They are true pros in this field; after an investigation into the transactions was completed, I soon obtained my money back. Cyberwebpro Quick Hack would surely help you get your missing bitcoin back if you let them know about it. They are highly skilled at what they do, much like health care providers.Thank you.Emali; Cyberwebpro1 (@) gmail (.) com
Great podcast outlining some of the generalities of economies across the globe as well as some of the oddities. Wouldn't recommend to those looking for a podcast on personal finance or economic theory.
Consistantly quality podcast, even if you don't care about economics or business or anything like that
Always learn something new listening to them. They make economics approachable and compelling.
Can be good introduction into basic economic principals. Since it is run by journalists, some important concepts do not get good coverage.
This podcast helps me understand a ton of things which were foggy before. The seriousness of the tackled topics does not suffer from the humor and general bright outlook liberally used in each episode. Well done, Planet Money Team !
How did they manage to take the topic of economy and finances and make it interesting? The world will never know, but somehow they did it. I'd heard of Planet Money but had no interest in listening, but when I started getting their tiktoks on my fyp, I was hooked, and now I'm an avid listener.
A MUST READ FOR ANYONE WHO HAS EVER FALLEN FOR CRYPTO SCAM BEFORE!!!My $1.65 million dolllars was stolen by a phoney wallet that refused to let me withdraw it. Their moniker was Coinbox/vip. When I launch the browser on my phone, the platforms page opens with the Coinbase logo. The legal description of their app wallet mentions Coinbase, and the help centre button links to Coinbase help. However, when I contacted Coinbase, they responded via email that they are not affiliated with Coinbox. Coinbox has now informed me that I must pay a 185k tax before receiving my funds. I immediately opened a case with Owlet tech recovery . com, a guaranteed recovery company, they patched me through MR MORRIS GRAY their smart contract developers on Whatsapp with [+1 (607) 698 0239 ] who then immediately performed a smart contract audit using digital triangulation from outsourced wallets. I’m crying right now as I just received a deposit of 127.4 Btc in my trust wallet. I’m now waiting for the Ethereum gas fee to come through so I can detach the remaining from outsourced wallets. his Email is: Morrisgray 830 @ gmail . com.
Good combination of story and information with some tastful jokes,
"I am writing this review to express my sincere gratitude to this NFT and USDT recovery hacker for all that he did for me during one of the most stressful and painful times in my life. His professionalism and guidance, at a time when I questioned myself how dumb I was to give out $1.2 Million Usdt to an NFT trading scammer, helped me to accept that so long there is a problem, there will always be a solution. He provided me with irrefutable proof that strengthened my doubts about the possibility of recovering or tracking lost BTC or USDT. I have no doubt about the decisions I made afterward. It took a while but success was achieved in recovering all the USDT Tokens I had sent. At a time when I felt like my whole world was tumbling down around me, his concern was truly appreciated. I highly recommend his services and while I hope never to need him again, I will be sure to call him if need be. Thanks so much, Cyber Genie Team”" ( Cybergenie (@) cyberservices (.) com ) "" ( WA +1252)(5120391)"
